Update

Sorry for the lack of updates ,,, just been busy for the last few weeks... Organized hubby's surprise 40th birthday party and I was so paranoid prior to the occasion , I don't want to spoil the surprise that is why I was too pre occupied with things and it paved off ,, it was a huge success and i was so happy to see my hubby enjoying his birthday.

Now that the celebration is finished , I would like to focus n the coming school holiday next week,, yeah its the time of the year , when my kids stay at home and I am going to be busy making my kids holiday enjoyable and fun for all of us...

My lil missy is starting to read now,, so a big tick to the list ,, GO to the Library , I was also looking at the neighbourhood where people sell used books at a very low price, I think its good to look around and get books for her..

My boy who is onto PlayStation games would be happy to know that there is a huge sale coming and he would surely ask for an Iron Man games .

My eldest daughter will be working this school holiday so that would be fine,, but for sure I would be busy dropping and picking her up ...

So I have to start searching for indoor or outdoor activities that are available around my area,, don't want the kids to just stay at home and sit around and whinge....

Shopping

Its halfe yearly clearance SALE again!!!! and during this time of the year ,, best Sale are going on ...

So if you are looking for electronics , bedding, kidswear, shoes and bag,, then definitely it is the best time to spulrge... Not only you can save but will get the best value for your money...

Last week , my hubby and I went out shopping and with all the people queing for the best stuff,, I cant help but to look around too,, too bad we have to rush or we'll end up with bags and bags of goodies...

But we will go back as we promised since the sale just started and it will be till the end of Winter season ...

Getting in touch with people

I was busy doing stuff on Facebook and as my circle of friends is getting bigger , I cant help bit thank the power of Facebook for getting people connected with each other... imagine seeing old pals and mates from way before and get updated with the latest happenings is fun,,

I was speaking to an old friend who I found out that she just migrated here in Australia , although she is just starting her life here and getting settled , she in the process of finding a job through employment screening scheme , and I hope all the best for her,, knowing that she had a good job in the Philippines before she left ...

So just a constant chatting and exchanging of messages first since she is still busy organizing some stuff...

Aside from that an old High school classmate is going over on a work related agenda,, but managed to have a weekend off so we can meet up and I can show here around the area of Sydney ..

It would be exciting to catch up with her and exchange stories...

So thats what FB is all about ,, keeping in touch with people.....

Mommy Moments ( Dear Dad)

Our Fathers Day here in Australia is celebrated during the 1st Sunday of September but instead I will dedicate this post for my Husband Joe.. Its his Birthday on June 12 ....

Happy 40th Birthday!!!!!!!

As a father ,, no words can express how much he shows his love for his kids!!! He is the BEST Dad and seeing him enjoy his fatherhood makes me feel proud and love him more !!!!

Change of colour

A month ago I was complaining about my hair loss and to keep update , my hair is getting a little bit better ,, I still have a hair loss but not as much as before ,, I make sure to look after my hair tediously and just keep it moisturised by using an Organics coconut milk which is an instant hair repair treatment ,, my hair has maintained its natural lustre ,, how amazing to see a difference when I dyed my hair back to black ,, aside from people commenting that I looked younger with long black hair and some are also saying that it makes me look slimmer ,,, yippee ,, I don't need to take any more drastic weight loss action ,,, to think that I was reading something about alli reviews the other day ,, so I guess I really don't need to take anything ,, just keep on eating sensibly and keep on doing Zumba....

I am also into styling my hair now,, I love braiding it ,, I do it a lot on my lil missy's hair but sometimes if I have time I do it on my hair too,, not only it looks great it is so tidy when my hair is up or styled...

Getting Active

Tomorrow is my 2nd time to do Zumba classes... I love this fitness class because it is easy to follow and the rhythm is very catchy and really makes me wiggle and waggle...

I worked out my body last week and I was sweating a lot ,, never before have I sweat that much during an activity and trust me with all the hip swaying and belly shaking I reckon this is the best way to get rid belly fat !!!! and I want my belly fat to disappear ,, that's why I joined this class,, but above all, I enjoy it so much and its a good way to be sociable and have fun and laughter during the body wiggling session .... hehehe

Allergic reaction

A week ago I tried an anti wrinkle cream called ROC which I got as a sample pack from the Easter show showbag...

I've seen this product from the shops before and I was curious to try it out ..ut to my horror , this is what I've got !!!!! A nasty Allergic reaction !!!!!!

Warning :: This is what will happen if you have an allergic reaction to a certain product ...

So be wary when testing out anti wrinkle creams or lotion..

I dont have wrinkles but I have a scaly itchy skin!!!!!!!!!

Went to the doctor and i was given a cream and Zrytec tablet for it,,

Its been 4 days now and although it is not as bad as it looks like it is still itchy and red ...

Ahhh I hate tis product and would not recomend it to those who have sensitive skin!!!!!

I am now getting paranoid with other stuff even an adult acne treatments have to be cautious now since I know that I can get an allergic reaction to certain chemical .....

Mommy Moments ( Unforgettable Summer)

Mommy Moments theme for this week is about Unforgettable Summer..

Ok,, since the start of Summer for us here in Australia is on December .. I must say that our unforgettable summer would be our family trip to HK and the Philippines...

After being away for nine years ,, I was able to go back to the Philippines with my hubby and kids ..

1st stop would be the HK Disney trip which we all enjoyed ... Although I must stress that it is Summer for us but winter on that side of the globe... since we did not go to our usual SUMMER vacation here in Oz ,, we were able o spend t in a different country ...

Next would be our stay in the Philippines,, we all had a blast spending our Christmas and New year with my relatives ,, it was good to get in touch with old pals and friends .. It was such a lay back Summer for us,, with relatives ready to lend a hand and look after our kids , which is very rare here in Oz.. so hubby and I enjoyed shopping and night out...

So having a good time , being with family and friends are the most enjoyable 2009 Summer for us !!!!

and now our season is WINTER ,, we are all feeling cold and missing the summers heat,,,

Getting older

On the 12th of of June , its my hubby's 40th birthday!!!!!!

Oh,,, big four O and still good!!! wink> wink>>

I know its just a number, that is what people say but hitting that milestone is also a wake up call to start relaxing or the other way around start moving....

He is not as fit as he is unlike the old days where he used to go on the gym or do kung fu but he is such a busy man ,, managing a business and building a house,, with all the pressure that he is feeling at the moment , I know how hard it is to be fit, eat healthy and do exercise.. I was came across a force factor reviews and I don't think he needed to take anything yet ...

But he was planning to go back to the gym but with a hectic schedules,, that plan was put on hold .

Well.. one thing that I wanted and keep on bugging him about is his smoking..... I keep on reminding him everyday about the health risk and all those nasty stuff ,,, but he is not yet ready to give up,,, but I guess I wont give up reminding him....
