Getting Active

Tomorrow is my 2nd time to do Zumba classes... I love this fitness class because it is easy to follow and the rhythm is very catchy and really makes me wiggle and waggle...

I worked out my body last week and I was sweating a lot ,, never before have I sweat that much during an activity and trust me with all the hip swaying and belly shaking I reckon this is the best way to get rid belly fat !!!! and I want my belly fat to disappear ,, that's why I joined this class,, but above all, I enjoy it so much and its a good way to be sociable and have fun and laughter during the body wiggling session .... hehehe
