Yep... Tomorrow Tuesday , 30th of June ...... Its LOTTO FEVER here in Australia as the jackpot price reached to a sweeping 90 Million dollars!!!!! WHOA!!!!!!!! Imagine winning the whole jackpot....  but what are the chances????

Anyway,,,   I have to rush to  my local lotto agent to get a ticket,, you'll never know!!!!

The hype is up and people are rushing ,,, so wish me luck!!!!

My Weekend Snapshot

Selling a house as I always say is stressful... takes a lot of my time...

 I am so particular with how I present my house to the buyer....   

 It has to be Spotless!!!!

We had an Open House Saturday 1:30 pm and my started with gettingthe kids ready and myself ready,, then as the kids watch TV I did my daily clean up and get things organized...

A table set up ......... Check.......

A programmed coffee machine..... check.....

They say that when you are selling your house you must use all the senses .. and the smell of fresh brewed coffee is so inviting and feels homely ....

A nice entrance ...check.......

I placed a beautiful flowering plant on my entrance,, so that it will be inviting,,,,

I also programmed a CD music playing BACH classical music...soft and  relaxing...

and a clean house to entice the buyers.......

I hope that we would sell the house soon since we are ready to move on and start building our new dream home....

Mommy Moments (School Days)

Mommy Moments for this week is about School Days

Braiden started his 1st day of school last January 30, 2009.. It was an apprehensive day for all of us, knowing that this is his 1st day in Big school....

There was a lot of arrangements and big decision was made on finding a right school for him...

For those who knows about Braiden's condition ,, it was  a stressful process for us .. My hubby and I wanted all the best for him and after enrolling him in a private school and he was supose to start there when  a big opportunity came for him to be a part of a government school came we grabbed the offer!!!,, it s a special class catering for all their needs ....  6 children in a class with 2 teachers .. and its free!!!!  whoaa.. and the school is newly built and just opened this year....  what a beautiful school !!!!!!! We couldn't be more happier for him to be a part of this school ....

It is a normal school where they have a 2 special classes where they can integrate with the rest of the kids in the whole school ... what a good opportunity for him to socialize with others...

5 months on and he just love going to school!!!!!! He is very obedient and really come out a long way.....  his social skills improved ,, his language skills are getting better and his is coping really well with his subjects  especially in Maths...   

He is a very affectionate boy ,,, and we all know that he is a TEACHER"S PET!!!!

Braiden already received 3 awards  and with his teacher Ms Tiffany whom he adores so much...
Last week we attended a meeting with his teachers , principal and workers to evaluate his performance, and we are happy to say that he is doing great....

and through that we are not sure if he fits in his diagnosis  or he had crossed that line and improved a lot ......

Whatever it is we are Happy to see him improving ,,   we know that we are doing all the BEST for him and we LOVE HIM so much!!!!

Shoes

Lil Bianca is loving her new shoes!!!!!!   Bought this at Cotton On shop for just $5  ... What a bargain!!!!  Specially now that they are having a Stocktake Sale...

This cute shoes is her fave shoes ,, worn at home or on the weekends when we go out ..

And this is Lil Miss when she decided to cut her hair 3 weeks ago,,, she was playing with a miniature scissor.. I was upstairs and wondering why she was quiet.. and there the lil miss trying to be a hairdresser!!

Cleaning Tiles

YUp....  This was our bonding time last week Cleaning up the Floor tiles.... The whole area is with tiles and we had to clean them up ,,, section by section,,,, I already had my carpet upstairs professionally cleaned and I dont want to spend $400 to have the floor tiles cleaned ,, 

So instead my kids helped me me scrubbed.. Yup ,, I had a cheap labour ,,,,  Child Labour as they say,,, and I treated them by giving my "GOOD KIDS" praise,,  well I cooked dinner for them also !!!!  ha ha ha..

My yucky tiles ,, the grout is so grubby and needed a good scrub....!!!!  Dont get me wrong I mop my tiles , but the grout really needs a good scrubbing!!!

 

So I gathered the cleaning materials ,,,  I used BICARB SODA and WHITE Vinegar ,, a brush covered with old panty hose.. as what I learned from watching Lush House of Shannon Lush...


My Cinderellas.... scrub scrub scrub!!!!!!  I placed the Bicarb in a shaker and the vinegar in the spray bottle... shake the bicarb on the grout and the spray the vinegar,,, when it starts fizzing give it a good scrub,,, 
as the dirt lodges off,, mop it with water in the bucket with vinegar...

Hey,, its NINJA TURTLE mopping the floor!!!!!!!
as the time pass and the kids had enough ,,, 2 of them surrendered on doing the hard work,,, But one of them remained!!!!! My Lil Bianca !!!!! who was left mopping the floor,, Ninja Turtle had given up,,, but this lil princess was still happy to help me...


and ALAS a  clean ,,, whiter grout and tiles......  although a few days it will have a chalky look ,, just mop it with water with vinegar.....

Friends and relatives noticed the big difference.... 

It was a hard job doing the whole area,,, but what I did was finished the kitchen and living area , then the next  day the formal area .....

It was worth it......

STRESSED OUT !!!!!! That is what I'm feeling!!!!

Our house is officially FOR SALE ... The house just been listed on the market last Tuesday.

 When the sign FOR SALE was placed ,,, Mixed emotions was felt....  A sad , happy and panic ..

And here is my Loving Husband and a doting DAD to Micah, Braiden and Bianca...

It was his birthday last June 12  and  as we wished him all the BEST!!!!!   

I adore him so much because he is such a good family man and he is doing all his best for his family...

Although its not Fathers day here in Oz ,, ours is on September,, we celebrate his Birthday and WE LOVE HIM so!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shopping ...

My Kids love to go grocery shopping!!!!

Yup ,, after picking B1 from school  and B2 from preschool we make it a point to go to the nearby Coles grocery .. and they know they have to hurry up to get the trolley with child seats and luckily we always get the trolley considering that they only have 1 special trolley ....

This shopping cart is good for parents with kids ,, it has seatbelts and  the kids enjoy having a ride...  Its not hard to push and a stress-free shopping experience for me!!!!

I remember when Braiden was around 2 1/2 he was such a handful and he just bolts out ,, Bianca  was still a baby then and I used to push them on a double pram which is very heavy and the constant whinning and Braidens would always throw a tantrum ... It was such a daunting experience to go shopping ,,, so I used to do my grocery shopping online which they deliver at home... 

But now those days are gone and I am so relieved that my boy had changed so much... 

as I brag my kids are well behaved  and easy to manage now.... Thanks goodness.....

As Jigi said on her blog FINALLY!!!!!!!!  Yup shes right finally we met each other... Jigi is also a member of TOY HUNT ....

I was meant to  meet her ages ago ,, when Zechy was still a baby ,, but now he is such a charming lil man and a big brother to Baby Hannah....

It was only 10 minutes away from my place and I took Bianca with me , we went to the doctor first and she had her immunisation and went straight to Jigi's place... It was freezing that day and the warm welcome that we received from them made us feel cozy ....

Thanks Jigi and I have to meet up with you again.......

A Special announcement from TOY HUNT.......

as much as it pains me ,, this would be the last TOY HUNT,, the reason is that we are embarking on a new challenges and this would require most of time...  I'll be BUSY as ever...

I posted before that we are planning on moving... yup ,, we decided to build our Dream Home and this is where it gonna happen take a peek of the land....

I've  been busy cleaning up the house ......... scrubbing , tidying all the bits ,, because we are putting our house on the market.... I hope that we can sell this lovely home quick so we can start our new adventure in life....

My kids pre loved baby toys that I gave to a friend ,, they are educational with all the shapes and numbers ,, they are also colourful and FUN......

We visited a friend who just had a baby boy named Mitchell 2 weeks ago and as I tidy up the house I have to declutter and give away some stuff.....

Next week I am going to visit Jigi who is also a member of TOY HUNT, she just had a baby girl named Hannah,, Im looking forward on meeting her and the kids... I'll keep you all updated...

This picture was taken last December 08 when we celebrated a Pinoy Christmas Party at my place... every year we make it a point to have a get together for the kids,, they had an exchanged gifts and loads of food to eat....


With my 2 kids Bianca nd Micah on the far right ,,, B1 wasnt there because he was too busy playing Playstation and he was a bit shy at that time....
